Michael A. Kirk, President & CEO, has
over 30 years experience in real estate financial markets. As a
builder in the early 70s, Kirk was introduced to the seller-financed
real estate world through his lending and realtor contacts. Over
the years, his passion for the business expanded into other cash
flow markets, eventually vaulting him to the position of Senior
Vice President, Chief of Production, for Metropolitan Mortgage &
Securities, Co., Inc., a multi-billion dollar financial services
corporation. Up until Kirks departure in 2000 to start Genesis,
Metropolitan
was the undisputed leader nationwide in the acquisition of seller-financed
real estate receivables, as well as many other alternative cash
flows.
A
respected leader in the industry, Kirk was a founding Director of
the National Association of Settlement Purchasers, an Advisor to
the National Association of Private Mortgage Purchasers, and Author
of Cashflow Applications Using the HP12c. Kirk was voted
one of the Pioneers of the Cash Flow Industry by the
trade publications, was presented with an Honorary Doctorate of
Presentations from the Benscheidt Communications Group, and has
been a featured speaker at numerous industry conventions.

Doug
Greybill, Vice President, has also been in the financial markets
for over 30 years. Prior to joining Genesis in February, 2002, Greybill
served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Secondary Markets for
FSB Mortgage, responsible for expanding FSBs presence in the
seller financed real estate markets. Previous to that, Greybill
was Metropolitans Vice President of Capital Markets, responsible
for all correspondent lending and secondary marketing. Prior to
joining Metropolitan, Greybill was Executive Vice President and
Chief Credit Officer of Willamette Savings and Loan.
Greybill
is extremely well-known and respected by the broker community and
the secondary market investors; he is considered one of the leaders
in the secondary mortgage markets.
